Qingdao is a city in China’s eastern Shandong province on the east coast of the country. It is a major port city and is known for its beer and beaches. Wusi Square is a popular tourist destination in Qingdao. It is named after the nationwide protest May Fourth Movement that started in Qingdao. The square is best recognized by the large “May Wind” sculpture near the seaside.
